Making changes to an existing policy is very simple. Whether you are working with Interactive Promotions Group or our sister company, US Hole In One, you can make changes up until the day of your event. All changes will need to be submitted in writing before the event starts, unless the change is due to weather. Changes can be submitted via fax or email. When submitting changes please be sure to include your contract or event number, your name and contact phone number and the change that needs to be made. If the change that is being made requires extra payment or a refund you will be billed or refunded in the same way that your initial payment was made.
If you have to make a change because of the weather you will still need to let us know on the day of the event since the policy will not be used that day. You can always get back to us later with the new date of the event. Policies that are postponed must be used at within one year of the initial policy date.
In the event that the policy has to be cancelled notification would need to be made, in writing, on the day of the event unless you initially thought you would reschedule and have since decided to cancel. All monies will be refunded less a cancellation fee and will be refunded in the same way that initial payment had been made.
