Signs can feature just straight line text or text and logos or just a logo.  Some of the templates work better if you would like to use both text and logos so keep that in mind when selecting the template that you would like to use for each sign.

It is important to keep in mind when gathering information from your sponsors to ask them, up front, if they are going to want to put their logo on their sign.  This can sometimes take longer than you would expect for them to get this to you, consequently holding you up on getting your order to us.  All logos must be high resolution (300 dpi or greater) and should preferably be a JPG or EPS format.  You will want to make sure all of your sponsors are aware of the format and quality that the logos need to be because once you email all of the logos to us we will review them and let you know which ones will not work.  Therefore, if you let them know ahead of time your order won’t get slowed down!

The deadline for all sign orders, to avoid possible rush fees, is 10 calendar days before you need your order to arrive.  This means that before that deadline we will need the order form (which can be downloaded here: http://www.holeinoneinsurance.com/sign-order-form.pdf and an Excel spreadsheet listing all of your sponsor names and whether or not you will be using logos along with all of the logos that you plan on having printed on your signs.  The order form, spreadsheet, and logos can all be emailed to the sign department.  Once received, everything will be reviewed within twenty-four hours or by the first business if sent over the weekend.
